How it works:
- Income-qualified apartments are available through multiple programs, including MFTE.
- To apply, complete Thrive’s standard application and screening process. The leasing team will then verify your household income against program requirements.
- Approved households will enjoy a rent capped at a maximum amount, providing predictable, affordable housing in Seattle’s vibrant urban core.
Current Income Qualifications:
• 60% of AMI for studio apartments
• 70% of AMI for one-bedroom apartments
• 85% of AMI for two-bedroom apartments
